Environmental Management Plans (EMP)

An Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is essential for the effective implementation of mitigation measures identified during the EIA process. EGCS designs comprehensive EMPs that outline how adverse impacts will be managed, monitored, and mitigated during the construction and operational phases of a project. Our EMPs include schedules, roles and responsibilities, training needs, cost estimates, and performance indicators. These plans help ensure that environmental compliance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, while also facilitating the adaptive management of unforeseen impacts.
